The OnePlus 11 recently received the February OxygenOS 14 update, and many owners of the device wish they had never installed it. This is because the handset's camera has been misbehaving since the update. Sometimes, the camera app crashes after capturing three photos. Others complain that their Photos are not being saved. If you're experiencing any issues with your OnePlus 11 after installing the February OxygenOS 14 update, let the company know. You can contact OnePlus by tapping on this link and filling out a form that will include your email, name, country, and phone number. You will be asked to select the OnePlus device about which you have a complaint from a list ranging from the OnePlus One to the OnePlus 12 series. You must include your phone's unique IMEI number. You can find this by going to Phone Settings > About phone > EMI.
Write the subject of your complaint, like "OnePlus 11 camera issues after February update." Your complaint about writing in detail, add any files (such as images) if appropriate, and check the box that says you agree to OnePlus processing your data for support. When you're all ready, tap the red bar that says Submit your question, and your concern will reach the people at OnePlus who can do something about it.
At the moment, the camera bug is only affecting the OnePlus 11. The rear camera array of the device includes a 50MP image sensor supporting the primary camera, a 32MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, and a 48MP ultra-wide camera. The 16MP front-facing camera shoots selfies and supports video chat.
The OnePlus 11 is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1440 x 3216 QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 applications processor is paired with 8GB/16GB of LPDDR5 RAM with either 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage or 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. And it also includes a 5000mAh battery.
If the latest OxygenOS 14 update that rolled out last weekend is causing the camera app on your OnePlus 11 to crash and photos you're taking fail to appear in your photo gallery, let OnePlus know. But frankly, you'll probably have to wait for an update to fix the issues.
