Vivo T1 vs Vivo T2: Vivo has launched its latest mid-range smartphone Vivo T2 5G. This phone is the successor of the company's Vivo T1. Both these Vivo smartphones come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 695 processor.  Where Vivo introduced the T1 smartphone for Rs 15,999. At the same time, the latest Vivo T2 has been introduced for Rs 18,999. Here we will tell you how much this Vivo phone has been upgraded from the previous variants.

Vivo T1 vs Vivo T2: Specifications and Features

Display

● T2: 6.38 inch FHD+ AMOLED display

● T1: 6.58 inch FHD+ IPS display

Talking about the display of Vivo's latest Vivo T2 smartphone has a 6.38-inch FHD + AMOLED display. At the same time, a 6.58-inch FHD + IPS LCD Display is available in the T1 smartphone. Although the resolution of the display of both these phones is 2400×1080 pixels. In terms of display, Vivo has given a big upgrade to T2.

Processor, RAM, and Storage

● Snapdragon 695 processor

● Up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage

Qualcomm's Snapdragon 695 processor has been given in both Vivo T1 and T2 smartphones. Along with this, 128GB of storage is available in both phones. Talking about the RAM option, the T1 smartphone was introduced by the company in 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB options. Whereas T2 has been introduced by the company in only two – 6GB and 8GB options.

Camera

● T1: 50MP triple rear camera

● T2: 64MP dual rear camera

Talking about photography, a triple rear camera setup was given in T1. The primary camera of this phone was 50MP, with which two camera sensors of 2MP were given.  At the same time, the phone has a 16MP camera for video calling and selfies.

In T2, the company has given a dual rear camera setup. The primary camera in the latest phone has been upgraded to 64MP. A 2MP secondary camera is now available on the phone. The company has still given only a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calling.

Battery and Charging

● T1: 5000mAh battery, 18W fast charge

● T2: 4500mAh battery, 44W fast charge

The Vivo T1 smartphone was introduced by the company with a 5000mAh battery. Along with this, this Vivo phone was launched in the market with 18W fast charging. On the other hand, talk about the latest T2 smartphone, it has a 4500mAh battery and 44W fast charging support.

Both Vivo T1 and T2 smartphones come with 5G support. But in T1 where users get the support of only two 5G bands. At the same time, six bands are supported in T2. In the case of the 5G band too, Vivo has upgraded the latest phone a lot.

Other Features

Vivo's T1 smartphone launched last year has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.  Along with this, 5 layer turbo cooling feature was also given in the phone.  This phone runs on Funtouch OS 12 based on the Android 12 operating system.  Along with this, 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C ports have been provided for connectivity in the phone.

The in-display fingerprint sensor is supported in the latest T2 smartphone.  Along with this, the phone runs on the latest Android 13.  For connectivity, the phone has 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

Conclusion

Even though the same Snapdragon 695 processor has been given in Vivo T1 and Vivo T2 smartphones, the T2 smartphone has been launched with a lot of upgrades.  Vivo's latest smartphone has been launched with fast charging, more 5G band support, and better camera upgrades.  In such a situation, the Vivo T2 smartphone looks like a better option.
